Food for thought:  In the busy days that everyone seems to be having I hear that dinner time around a dining table does not happen in many homes.  Make it an important habit to sit when eating meals.  I have been told that it will affect your mindset and your meal.  Sit down and eat with others whenever possible.  One of my favorite times as our children were growing up was when we were all together around our table and we shared what had happened that day.

America we need to come   back to the Dinner Table.
If you live alone, start a supper club and take turns cooking.
