Summer Pecan Dump Cake
1 Box Butter Pecan or Yellow cake mix
1 large can sliced peaches
1 stick sliced butter
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Lightly spray bean pot first, then add peaches, sprinkle cake mix, dot with butter. Sprinkle coconut and pecans.
Place in microwave on high for 13 min. and serve with vanilla ice cream Serves 8 people.
