Bean pot recipe for Hawaiian Chicken.

1 Whole Chicken
Apricot Jan                                                                                    
1 can Pineapple
Maraschino Cherries

Place whole chicken in Bean Pot.
Using a pastry brush put a thick coat of jam on chicken.
Pour pineapple over chicken and add maraschino cherries.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Use juices from the chicken as gravy and serve with rice.
